Area Wide Unity Service — Coming Together in Faith, Love, and Peace
Forest Park Church of Christ is honored to host the upcoming Area Wide Unity Service, a special gathering designed to bring congregations together in fellowship, worship, and shared purpose. In a world that often pulls people apart, we are choosing unity — standing together as one body in Christ.
Join us on August 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM as we welcome guest speakers Scott Franks of Oakdale Church of Christ and Gary Jones of Eastside Church of Christ, alongside our Senior Minister A. Shannon Hayes. This uplifting evening will focus on strengthening our bond of peace and encouraging believers across the area to walk together in love.
As Ephesians 4:3 reminds us, “Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.” We invite everyone — members, visitors, families, and friends — to come be part of this powerful moment of togetherness.

Sneaker Sunday at Forest Park — New Shoes, New Season, Same God
Forest Park Church of Christ is excited to host our Second Annual Sneaker Sunday, a day where worship, community, and service come together in a powerful way. As we step into a new season, we’re lacing up with purpose — walking by faith and blessing children throughout our community.
Join us on August 9th at 9:30 AM for an uplifting service featuring guest speaker Michael Greene from Eastside Church of Christ, alongside our minister A. Shannon Hayes. It’s a morning designed to inspire, encourage, and remind us that every step we take can make a difference.
We invite every member and guest to bring new or gently used tennis shoes and sports equipment to support kids in need. Your generosity will help children begin their school year with confidence, comfort, and the assurance that they are loved.
